Exercising in pregnancy is incredibly beneficial for you and your baby. It can feel quite worrying starting or continuing with exercise once you find out you are pregnant. Working 1-2-1 or in a small group, I will support you through each trimester to ensure you have a happy and healthy pregnancy.
Getting back into exercise after having your baby can feel hard work. Your body feels like you don't know it any more and it can be easy to worry if you're doing the right thing. I will focus with you on gently repairing and strengthening your body for all the challenges of motherhood.
